Prebooking Terms and Conditions*

I hereby agree to the following terms of Product Pre-Registration:

1. I am voluntarily participating in the product pre-registration program, and I understand that this program does not guarantee that I will receive the preferred iPhone or any other product at the time of launch, or within any specific time frame.

2. This registration does not entitle me to a confirmed delivery of an iPhone or any other product from Team Computers.

3. I may pre-order a maximum of one (1) unit from Team Computers as part of this program.

4. In case I am offered my preferred model of iPhone, I agree to complete the purchase transaction immediately and no later than 24 hours from the time of offer.

5. I agree to use the device purchased from Team Computers strictly for personal use and not for resale purposes.

6. Team Computers will not be held liable if they are unable to fulfill my demand for the registered iPhone.

7. If Team Computers is unable to supply the product as per my preference, any advance amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded as per the company’s refund policy.

8. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days of the cancellation request.

9. Team Computers reserves the right to withhold or not disclose any customer registration data to customers or third parties under this program.

10. However, Team Computers may share registration data with Apple India Pvt. Ltd. and its distributors (such as Ingram Micro India Ltd.) if required for validation or to enable product supply.

11. In case of any dispute, Team Computers reserves the right to cancel this registration at any time.

12. Fulfillment of pre-orders for iPhones will be subject to product availability.

13. If the prebooking is cancelled by the customer, a 3% cancellation charge will be applicable.
